Phoenix GW (“the App”) is the official ordering app for Phoenix General Wholesale
(“Phoenix General Wholesale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Phoenix GW.
1) Who the App is for
Phoenix GW is intended for approved Phoenix General Wholesale customers.
There is no public registration within the App. Customer login credentials are provided directly by
Phoenix General Wholesale.
2) Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the App:
- User ID (Account Identifier): Used to authenticate you and provide App functionality (such as viewing your account and orders).
- Order Information (Purchase/Order History): When you submit an order through the App, we store the order details so you can view your order history inside the App.
Important note: Phoenix GW does not process payments in-app.
Orders submitted through the App are requests that are handled offline by Phoenix General Wholesale.
3) Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect:
- Contact information entered through a registration flow (because there is no registration screen)
- Advertising identifiers for ad targeting
- Location data
- Health or sensitive personal information
- Data for third-party tracking across apps and websites
4) Camera / Barcode Scanning
The App may request access to your device camera to enable barcode scanning.
We do not collect, store, or transmit camera images or video for analytics or advertising.
Camera access is used only to scan product barcodes for App functionality.
5) How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Authenticate users and maintain secure access
- Create, store, and display your submitted orders and order history
- Provide App features such as cart management and product lookup
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain App reliability and security
6) How We Share Information
We do not sell your information. We may share information only in these limited cases:
- With service providers that help us operate the App and backend systems (for example, hosting and database services), strictly to provide and maintain the service
- For legal and safety reasons if required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, lawful requests, or to protect the rights and safety of Phoenix General Wholesale and its users
- Within Phoenix General Wholesale for order fulfillment and account support
7) Data Retention
We retain User ID and order history data for as long as necessary to provide the App’s functionality, support your account,
and maintain business records. If your access is removed or your account is deactivated, we may retain certain records as
required for operational, legal, or accounting purposes.
8) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access,
disclosure, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
9) Your Choices and Access
Because accounts are issued by Phoenix General Wholesale (no self-registration), requests to access, correct, or disable an account
should be made through Phoenix General Wholesale support:

10) Children’s Privacy
Phoenix GW is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” above.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
